About Hammond Care
Hammond Care is an independent Christian charity that provides innovative and flexible care models to serve people with complex health needs. About the Role
The Medical Registrar will work within the Mission and Mission in Action of Hammond Care to ensure medical clinical care is provided under the supervision of a Specialist-in-charge. This role is a fixed-term, full-time or part-time contract based at Greenwich Hospital's Rehabilitation Service.
Liaising with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, the Registrar will maintain an appropriate standard of personal professionalism and implement a personal learning program in conjunction with their Specialist Supervisor. They must commit to engaging with Hammond Care's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action.
Requirements
- Medical Registration by the Medical Board of Australia
- Primary Medical degree, eligible for Medical Board registration, and a minimum of two years supervised practice as an RMO
- Competence in the individual specialty area consistent with the level of training and professional development stage attained
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
Estimated Salary: AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
