About the Role

The Medical Registrar will work within the Mission and Mission in Action of Hammond Care to ensure medical clinical care is provided under the supervision of a Specialist-in-charge. This role is a fixed-term, full-time or part-time contract based at Greenwich Hospital's Rehabilitation Service.

Liaising with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, the Registrar will maintain an appropriate standard of personal professionalism and implement a personal learning program in conjunction with their Specialist Supervisor. They must commit to engaging with Hammond Care's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action.

Requirements

  • Medical Registration by the Medical Board of Australia
  • Primary Medical degree, eligible for Medical Board registration, and a minimum of two years supervised practice as an RMO
  • Competence in the individual specialty area consistent with the level of training and professional development stage attained
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Empathy and patience

Estimated Salary: AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
