About us:

We aim to provide a fun and engaging environment for children at our programs.

The Role of the Inclusion Support Educator involves delivering activities that create a safe and stimulating atmosphere, preparing materials and interacting with school-age children. This role supports families in Before School and After School Care Programs, working alongside other Educators or 2ICs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist children with routine tasks and daily needs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families, and children.
  • Complete some administrative tasks as required by the program.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant Certificate III qualification or higher (e.g., OSHC, community services, allied health, early childhood, social work).
  • A valid Working with Children Check is required.
  • Current child protection training and knowledge of child-safe standards are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

About You:

  • You have passion for working with children and are pursuing growth in the education sector.
  • You hold a relevant qualification or are currently undertaking one.
  • You possess experience in OSHC, school teaching, school camp programs, sporting programs, or childcare.
  • You are personable, enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious.
  • You have strong organizational skills, including administrative and supervisory abilities.
  • You can deliver a safe, caring, and engaging program for primary-aged boys and girls, motivating them to have fun.
