The Role

This position plays a vital role in shaping organisational development initiatives that support Gateways. You will assist in designing and implementing training programs that promote an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing workforce.

This is a varied and rewarding role offering opportunities to make a real impact on the employee experience and workforce development. You will manage our learning management system, facilitate induction, and ensure team members are rostered into required training to remain compliant in their roles.

Qualifications & Key Responsibilities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow and maintain accurate processes
  • A positive, proactive approach and a passion for supporting team member growth and development
  • 1-3 years in a similar position within a medium to large organisation
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable
