The primary role involves providing customer service, advice and facilitating sales of nursery items. Responsibilities include day-to-day organisation of the outdoor nursery area while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Suitable applicants should possess:

  • A horticulture qualification and/or previous experience
  • A hands-on attitude
  • Initiative and a willingness to work outdoors
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, enthusiastic and energetic individuals who are flexible with working hours
