Job Title: Project Planning Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Manager to join our Perth Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of project schedules and plans, ensuring systems, processes, procedures, and standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of project schedules and plans
  • Ensure project schedules are maintained in accordance with approved project WBS
  • Monitor and raise changing trends
  • Business partner with the wider project team
  • Accountable for ensuring project schedules are maintained

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the energy industry (preferably mining)
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software including Microsoft Excel and cost control programs
  • Detailed understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Commitment to Wood Values, Vision & Behaviours
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to guide & mentor the wider project team
