We are seeking a Business Advisor to support individuals in developing the skills and knowledge needed to run their own viable small business.

The role involves working on a program that aims to provide assistance to individuals who want to start or grow their own businesses. As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to these individuals, helping them to overcome any challenges they may face.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of small business operations and the ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate our customers. You will also need to have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and flexible environment with a focus on high-level customer service.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to clients to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to run their own business
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients on various aspects of running a business
  • Assisting clients in developing business plans and strategies to help them achieve their goals
  • Helping clients to overcome any obstacles or challenges they may face in starting or growing their business

This is a full-time position based at our office, with travel to other locations required. We offer a range of benefits including salary packaging, paid birthday leave, and more.
