Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Lending Specialist to join our team. As a Business Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating customer conversations to understand their goals and needs, and providing relevant solutions.

This includes originating commercial lending solutions up to $1M, as well as asset finance, merchant facilities and everyday banking solutions.

You will also engage customers proactively to support their business and personal goals, preparing for customer conversations with valuable insights.

As a brand ambassador within the local business community, you will build awareness of our business banking proposition and host small business education events to support ongoing financial wellbeing.
