Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team in a remote island location. The successful candidate will work within a small multi-purpose facility, providing care and support to clients in a rural setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a qualified Social Worker with AASW eligibility
  • Strong background in aged care, working with clients 65+
  • Experience in generalist Social Work space, including hospital settings
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
