About the Role :

As a Social Worker (AHP1), you will work under the supervision of an experienced clinician to provide a broad range of health services tailored to your community's needs. Your responsibilities include preventative, early intervention, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches, including individual and group therapy. You will collaborate within a multi-professional team to support the wellbeing of clients and families.

As a Social Worker (AHP2), you will utilize your clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive services in rural or remote settings. You will have greater autonomy, contribute to clinical supervision, and lead service coordination, driving improvements and innovation in care delivery while strengthening community partnerships.

Both roles play a vital part in improving access to care and supporting resilience in rural communities.

What We're Looking For :
  • Recognized qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Participation in the AASW Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accreditation program is desirable.
