We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of supply chain processes and requirements to improve the supply and delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the supply chain point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders with logistics challenges and manage this through our integrated customer ticketing system.
- Provide feedback on internal and external customer queries regarding consignments shipped from national warehouse in a timely manner.
- Capture and report on all customer related logistics issues on a periodic basis.
- Investigate queries from customers on consignments that are mis shipped or damaged.
- Assist stakeholders with organising and booking of stock transfers upon request.
- Conduct periodic meetings with business and external stakeholders to report on and discuss customer related logistics service measures and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with external key account managers from our range of carriers/courier partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.
- Identify, investigate and resolve interface errors between KM ERP system and 3PL WMS relating to outbound consignments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management or similar role.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and establish relationships with stakeholders.
- A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs & targets.
