We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations in Western Australia, responsible for expanding our injury management and rehabilitation services across the state.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring a proven track record of occupational rehabilitation experience at a leadership level. This can be within the disciplines of Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist with relevant registrations and a minimum of 5 years' workplace rehabilitation experience.
- Strong leadership skills to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills to work effectively in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of Workers Compensation legislation in WA.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic & operational plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure consistent quality services and programs to clients.
- Capacity to drive performance and productivity across the state.
- Strong account management skills, serving as the primary contact for workers compensation scheme insurers and agents.
