The Management Accountant role involves partnering with operational areas to provide financial support and insights. This is a business-facing position that prepares financial reports, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducts financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate month-end financial reports by analyzing reports and liaising with Operations.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies during month-end close by monitoring ledger analysis and accruals.
  • Report operational KPIs accurately and ensure revenue integrity through accounting and reconciliations.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business units by communicating effectively.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting EBITDA for operations by using financial data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with operational managers on financial matters.
  • Support the mobilization of new projects.
Candidate Profile
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required for this role.
  • CA/CPA qualification is necessary for success in this field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards and Hyperion is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like Copilot is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and work independently is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are necessary for success in this role.
