This pivotal leadership position involves working closely with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial insights that shape decision-making and improve performance.

You will have the autonomy to drive finance partnering and be supported by a collaborative leadership team.

  • Partner with senior business unit executives to deliver timely, strategic financial analysis and performance insights.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across business units.
  • Provide actionable commentary on business unit performance against budgets and prior years.
  • Ensure financial risk is managed in accordance with policy, accounting standards and legislative requirements.
  • Drive process improvement across budgeting, forecasting and reporting models.
  • Build and lead a team of finance professionals—setting clear goals, mentoring and fostering a high-performance culture.

A seasoned finance professional with 10+ years' experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or FP&A is required. You should have:

  • Proven experience working with executive leadership to influence commercial outcomes.
  • Outstanding analytical and modelling skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply.
  • A strong understanding of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • A collaborative and coaching leadership style with a passion for team development.
  • Experience in the integrated resort or property industry desirable.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field and be eligible to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in WA. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and advanced financial modelling tools is also required.
