Site Management Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned construction professional to oversee and manage on-site activities for a residential project.

This is a contract position with the potential for extension, depending on project timelines and performance. Location: Seaforth, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and relevant building codes.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain strong site safety practices and adherence to WHS regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and materials.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Project Manager or Director.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently.
  • Oversee site inductions and toolbox talks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on Class 1 residential builds.
  • Minimum 5+ years in residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and compliance.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Trade background or relevant construction qualifications preferred.
  • White Card and valid driver's licence.
  • Availability for an immediate start.
