We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager to oversee the successful execution of our projects across Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site supervision, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be an expert in construction management, with a deep understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and value engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors and trade packages to ensure smooth project delivery;
- Developing and implementing short- and medium-range construction programs to achieve project milestones;
- Ensuring quality control and site safety through effective leadership and collaboration with engineers and commercial teams;
- Maintaining open and collaborative communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress;
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners. Requirements:
