Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our site teams, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide on-site supervision to maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to schedule inspections and oversee the maintenance of daily records.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in civil construction, preferably in a senior management capacity.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project, as well as other relevant software applications.
  • Good understanding of modern construction techniques, including bulk earthworks and road construction.
  • Structural concrete experience and knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
