Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing support to our Corporate Sales and International Visitors Business Development Teams. As a Premium Revenue Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Premium Revenue Manager - International to ensure the smooth operation of premium revenue collection and processing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the efficient and accurate invoicing of clients
  • Calculate, allocate, and reconcile client premiums (including financial changes)
  • Manage client accounts, including credit control and arrears for policy holders and group invoiced companies
  • Prepare reports for commission payments
  • Liaise with internal/external clients to resolve enquiries, issues, and operational processes
