Train Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Train Operations Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of trains to designated locations.
- Coordinate train movements, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on trains, including shunting and minor mechanical repairs.
- Present incoming trains to car dumpers, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of cargo.
- Prepare trains for departure to mines, adhering to strict safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Pass a medical examination to ensure fitness for work in a rail environment.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Meet physical demands of the role, working in a hot environment.
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
Preferred but Not Essential:
- Previous experience in mining or related industries.
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude.
