Drilling Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team at our Pilgangoora Operation.
This is a permanent position with an 8/6 (day shift) and 7/7 (night shift) roster, based in Western Australia's resource-rich Pilbara region.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for operating drilling and ancillary equipment, as directed, in a safe and efficient manner to meet operational requirements.
You will work closely with the Drilling Supervisor to achieve targeted outcomes and contribute to a positive workplace culture that reflects our values.
This role requires a high level of technical skill, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Operate drilling and ancillary equipment within the shift to ensure optimum productivity in a safe and efficient manner;
- Contribute to and participate in a flexible and motivated production crew committed to achieving quality production goals;
- Maintain occupational health and safety standards relevant to operations;
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures;
