As a Digital Growth Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through digital channels. This hybrid role combines sales expertise with consultative strategy to connect with business owners, discover their challenges, and show how our team can transform their marketing.

You will handle inbound enquiries and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients, building and managing a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting. You will craft tailored proposals and deliver them in a compelling, consultative way, following up on leads with persistence and professionalism.

Closely working with our marketing and creative teams, you will ensure a seamless client journey. Your goal is to drive new business revenue by selling our digital marketing services across various platforms.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing solutions.
  • Confidence running Zoom or in-person sales calls, from discovery through to signed proposals.
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
