Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Construction Site Liaison. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects, from customer engagement through to defect maintenance.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, stakeholders, and external parties such as certifiers, surveyors, and engineers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of administrative tasks, including customer communication and documentation preparation.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date job files, adhering to company standards.
  • Liaising with clients regarding color selections and variations.
  • Collaboration with certifiers, surveyors, and engineers to secure timely approvals.
  • Oversight of covenant applications, permits, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring timely payment through progress claims, aligned with relevant legislation.
  • Monitoring defect requests and escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Providing proactive and professional communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the project.

  • Experience in Residential Construction Administration or Coordination: Preferably with knowledge of building processes, approvals, and compliance requirements.
