Restaurant Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our restaurant team in Frenchs Forest, Australia. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience for our valued guests.

About the Role
  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless service experience
  • Prepare a variety of menu items, including crafting burritos and other specialties, to meet the high standards of our customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, adhering to our strict health and safety guidelines
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain a fully stocked kitchen
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, working together to achieve common goals
  • Handle cash and card transactions with precision, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, developing your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and a can-do attitude, supporting colleagues and driving success
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, remaining calm under pressure
  • Basic food preparation skills and a willingness to learn new techniques, developing your skills and expertise
  • Strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights, meeting the demands of a busy restaurant environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, adapting to changing schedules and priorities
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is advantageous, but not required
  • Residence within 10km of Frenchs Forest CBD preferred, though not essential
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
