Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations, empowering the team through coaching and training, and managing your restaurant's P&L. You will maintain the highest standards of quality, adhere to all procedures, and embody the GYG spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of menus, inventory management, and customer service standards.
  • Coach and train team members to achieve their full potential, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage your restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, identifying opportunities to optimize sales, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
