State Agreement and Approvals Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a State Agreement and Approvals Integration Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality results for Western Australia operations.
- Coordinate and manage state agreement approvals and compliance for Western Australia operations, working closely with approvers, planners, and project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient decision-making.
- Act as a central point of contact between project teams and approvals subject matter experts, providing expert advice and guidance on approvals pathways, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with state agreement and approvals integration tasks, leveraging MS Office suite, data systems, ArcGIS, and scheduling software to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks through practical problem-solving.
- Proven experience in record-keeping and document management, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, data systems, ArcGIS, and scheduling software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Adaptability in a dynamic working environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
