Job Description

The role of Casual Sales Assistant is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team at the Bras N Things Lake Haven store.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires the successful candidate to be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting store operations, and helping customers find the right lingerie and intimate apparel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a memorable and empowering experience for every customer.
  • Utilize initiative to answer questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends, across a Monday to Sunday roster.
  • Have prior fashion retail experience but it is not essential.
Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified individual who can perform the following tasks:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support store operations.
  • Help customers find the right products.
