Category Development Manager

  • Drive business growth by developing and executing category strategies that meet our brand and customer needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of category growth platforms in collaboration with your manager. You will also shape and execute 4P category success model principles across priority categories.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, brand management, trade marketing, or category strategy.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and category drivers.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strategic and analytical skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • P&L literacy.
  • Forecasting and demand planning.
