We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team in Gympie as a Finance & Administration Assistant.
This role offers hands-on experience with finance systems, project cost tracking, and day-to-day office operations. You will be trained to work with financial management software, process invoices, and support projects across Australia.
- Process and code invoices for different projects and departments.
- Assist with recording and allocating travel expenses (flights, accommodation, etc.).
- Support monthly cost tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with project managers to confirm approvals and details.
- Gain exposure to finance systems and software.
