Restoration Business Lead

The Restoration State Manager is a highly motivated and experienced professional responsible for leading, developing, and growing the restoration business.

About the Role
  • Oversee a team of restoration professionals to deliver outcomes for domestic and commercial projects within the insurance and facility management industries.
  • Manage multiple staff and their assigned project outcomes, ensuring quality assurance, timeliness, safety, and business commercials outcomes.
  • Work alongside a national team supporting national clients with project coordination.

The ideal candidate must have proven skills in domestic and commercial reinstatement works, experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and construction-related trades and suppliers. Strong interpersonal skills are required to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements and Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in the insurance repair industry
  • Understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts
