Electoral Operations Leadership Opportunity

Manage state election planning, delivery, and evaluation to drive electoral success.

Lead a team of Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to manage daily operations, forecasting, planning, and delivering electoral events.

Assist with mobilizing temporary election workforce staff during an election, using leadership skills to support and manage significant numbers of employees in the surge workforce.

Contribute to developing team objectives for short-term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives, including setting priorities, maintaining team cohesion, and ensuring quality of outputs.

Manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.

Take initiative, have strong attention to detail, and utilise analytical skills to contribute to business improvement strategies.

During an election, show professional resilience and personal drive to deal with high demands and volume of work generated at election time.
