Electoral Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position that requires exceptional leadership skills, integrity, impartiality, and transparency.

The role involves driving the strategic direction of the organisation, implementing organisational change, and providing executive leadership and management in the delivery of complex statewide electoral events, operational activities, and technology modernisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification in business, public administration, or law, and experience leading a complex organisation at an executive level. You must also possess high levels of ethical behaviour, honesty, integrity, and respect.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and drive organisational change across various disciplines.
  • Provide executive leadership and management in delivering complex statewide electoral events, operational activities, and technology modernisation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships, networks, and partnerships across government and non-government organisations.

In this role, you will exercise all delegated powers in the absence of the Electoral Commissioner.
