Senior Healthcare Leader for Medical Services

This is a senior leadership opportunity to oversee Medical Services and Clinical Governance across a large, diverse region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Director to provide expert advice on complex clinical and operational issues.
The role requires a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and the ability to promote high-performing healthcare teams. You will be responsible for addressing community needs and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on complex clinical and operational matters
- Promote quality improvement and lead the development of high-performing healthcare teams
- Ambulance service experience or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine, Rural Medicine, or equivalent
- Total remuneration package of up to $554,152 per annum
- Superannuation contribution of 12.75%
- Leave loading of 17.5%
