Job Title: Solar Power System Design Lead We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design of solar power systems for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed designs for solar power systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Analyze energy output and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility of solar power systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
 Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, SketchUp, MS Excel.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, SLDs, and electrical layouts.
  • Strong design language skills and attention to detail.
  • CEC accreditation and familiarity with Australian Standards 3000, 4777, 5033.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
