Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement global and regional HR programs and policies with an on-time and high-quality manner in Australasia client groups, including Performance Management Process, annual compensation review, talent review, employee training, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  2. Provide high-quality local employee services in line with regional policy and guidance, including payroll implementation, onboarding and offboarding, employee data and file management, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  3. Collaborate with the AP Talent Acquisition team to support local hiring, including candidate sourcing and interview, pre-onboarding process, and external agency communication.
  4. Participate in annual talent review and calibration sessions to create solid development and retention plans for top talents and build succession plans for leadership and critical roles.
  5. Work with business and functional team leaders to foster a positive and inclusive working environment, enhance employee engagement via solid action plans based on annual engagement survey results.
  6. Plan and customize employee capability development solutions and programs for client groups to enhance team effectiveness, collaboration, and performance.
  7. Proactively engage in employer branding activities in Australasia countries via internal resources, local social media platforms, and partnerships with external associations or agencies.
  8. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including employee attrition, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local applicable labor laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
  10. Contribute to regional business or HR programs as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in the field of Human Resources.
  • Solid experience with compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, performance management.
  • Strong team collaboration spirit and mindset.
  • Accountable with strong ownership mindset.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Australasia employment laws.
