Job Description

The Customer Relationship Specialist will work closely with the Branch Manager to identify leads in the branch and increase the value of the branch customer base through in-branch sales and referrals.

">

This role is responsible for delivering superior customer service while achieving sales targets and extending customer relationships through identifying needs, increasing wallet share and driving products per customer.

">

The CRS will also encourage, coach and develop CSOs to identify customer needs and generate referral leads while seeking opportunities for lending referrals to the branch Lending Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Previous banking experience, including cash handling and compliance">
  3. Proven experience in sales and cross-selling">
  4. Experience in motivating and coaching">
  5. Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service">
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  7. Knowledge and proven skills in management of branch operations and teams">
  8. General business acumen">
  9. Proven customer service orientation with demonstrated relationship building skills">
  10. Working knowledge of Windows programs">
