Job Title: Senior Relationship Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Executive to drive business growth in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team and make a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in senior relationship management, with expertise in developing strategies for growth, coaching and mentoring high-performing teams, and building robust relationships with new and existing customers.

This role requires the ability to think strategically, build rapport with senior stakeholders, and drive business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be an expert in their field, with a deep understanding of emerging corporate business needs and attitudes of high net-worth banking customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for our corporate portfolio in Brisbane
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team of relationship managers
  • Buid and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
  • Experience in similar leadership and senior relationship management roles
  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and experience in business growth and development
  • Understanding of emerging corporate business needs and attitudes of high net-worth banking customers
  • Experience in commercial lending and complex financial structuring
