Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Technician to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostics, performing quick service interventions on timepieces, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will have experience in watches or consumer electronics manufacturing/service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role Encompasses:

  • Conducting initial diagnostics to determine corrective interventions
  • Performing quick warranty interventions and ultrasonic cleaning of bracelets
  • Conducting water resistance checks and quick services as required
  • Ensuring compliance with our technical documentation
  • Maintaining high service standards using our sales ceremony
  • Contributing to building strong VIP relationships and client records
  • Tracking performance statistics and completing daily security stock counts
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of our brand and products
