Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury watches and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The Client Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on our range of luxury watches, driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector, excellent customer service skills and strong organisational abilities.

  • Support the Boutique Management to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure highest level of service standards using the OMEGA sales ceremony
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the client database
  • Perform daily security stock counts
  • Organise, refill and store back up stock, visual merchandising material, product packaging and warranties
  • Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good computer literacy and time management skills
  • Team player with energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Visual merchandising flair
  • Full and flexible availability
