Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail. Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Polishing & Support Technician to join our ranks.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the technical operations of our product repair services, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in polishing and cleaning watches and jewelry, as well as experience with engraving pens, jewelry, and watches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Interventions:
    • Polish and clean watches and jewelry to the highest standards.
    • Engrave pens, jewelry, and watches to precise specifications.
    • Perform quality checks on all products after interventions to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Complete all assigned jobs daily to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
    • Dismantle and prepare watches for repair or maintenance.
  • Work Environment:
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
    • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
    • Use chemicals safely and responsibly, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
    • Provide regular feedback to management on technical issues and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Lead time performance: dismantling, polishing, engraving.
    • Repair quality/guarantee.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education or higher.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in luxury watches, preferably, but motivated beginners welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications; computer-savvy.
  • Hands-on experience in polishing watches and jewelry.
  • Positive attitude and mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and organize oneself effectively.
