Customer Engagement Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and engagement within our organisation.

The Customer Engagement Leader will be responsible for leading and managing projects and programs that improve communication and engagement with residents, businesses, stakeholders and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery and engagement.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve customer-centric goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, businesses, stakeholders and staff.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all activities are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving customer-centric goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans to achieve customer-centric goals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in improving internal processes and implementing change management initiatives.

About This Role:

This role reports directly to the General Manager and requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and deliver projects and programs that improve customer engagement and service.
