Our Rail Division operates Australia's most renowned trains, including The Ghan, Indian Pacific, and Great Southern. These legendary trains offer an experience like no other, with a sense of adventure and something special unfolding from the moment guests step aboard.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every journey is memorable. Your days might include:

  • Providing fine dining restaurant service
  • Bar and lounge service, including table service
  • Housekeeping on-train carriages
  • Luggage handling
  • Concierge services at terminals
  • Hosting guests on off-train excursions

This role requires physical stamina, as you'll need to work on your feet for extended periods and occasionally work away from home for up to 7 days at a time.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Passion for the hospitality industry with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in fine dining or a la carte settings, recognized for your strengths in guest service
  • A dynamic personality that brings energy and fun to work

  • Essential safety certifications, such as RSA and Senior First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
