Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $34.72 per hour, which translates to an estimated annual salary of approximately $71,600 based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to this, you will receive benefits such as:

Job Description

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Victorian Working with Children Check
