**About Our Client**

Our client is a leading national project management consultancy that provides full lifecycle project services across various sectors, including civic, residential, commercial, education, government, and healthcare. Due to consistent growth in their project pipeline, this group is seeking a Project Manager from a client-side or head contractor construction background.

**Job Summary**

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. You will be heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will include managing the builder, coordinating the design team, and ensuring the client is fully engaged throughout the project.

**About You**

This role is suitable for candidates from a construction background looking to transition to the client side or those with client-side experience. You will have worked as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager with at least 3 years of professional experience on the Eastern Seaboard. Ideally, you will have gained exposure to the full project lifecycle from front-end design through to construction delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders are essential for this client-facing role.
