Job Title: Safety Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
You will be accountable for ensuring day-to-day governance activities maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all personnel.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
Formal qualifications such as Cert IV - Workplace Health & Safety or similar are essential. Additionally, you should possess a White Card, C Class driver's license, and have at least 3 years' experience working in Healthy & Safety, preferably in the construction industry.
**Competencies & Skills:**
Problem-solving skills, interpretation, reasoning, and judgment skills with an ability to identify and solve complex problems are crucial. You should also possess strong initiative, collaborative skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
**Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities:**
Provide advice and support to the field construction team(s) to ensure compliance with statutory HS obligations.
Implementation of Health & Safety (HS) plans and subsidiary systems documentation is necessary.
Undertake and participate in relevant HS governance tasks as identified within the HSE Activity Schedule.
