
Sales Growth Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and take on the challenge of managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
- As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering customer plans and promotional activity to drive in-store execution and sales performance.
- You will ensure all initiatives align with our company's philosophy, focusing on creating mutually beneficial relationships between us, retailers, and shoppers.

- Manage Trade Spend, including claims, promotional accruals/actualisation and forecasting.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting customer meetings and joint business planning.
- Contribute to accurate demand planning by collaborating with supply chain and commercial teams to align forecasts with customer needs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and post-promotional reviews to identify opportunities and track progress against KPIs.
- Highly detail-oriented individual with analytical capabilities and result orientation.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, cross-teams collaboration skills, effective time management and high adaptability to changing environment are essential.
- The ability to communicate effectively across different teams, with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, is also required.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Excel) and SAP proficiency are highly desired.
- Commercial experience, preferably in field sales or sales coordination roles in FMCG industry, is highly desirable.
