Empowering Women in Recovery

We're seeking compassionate and proactive professionals to provide support services for women and children.

This hands-on role involves delivering practical and emotional assistance, empowering participants to engage fully in their recovery journey and build brighter futures.

  • Build trusting relationships with residents to foster healing and personal growth.
  • Facilitate and support psycho-social educational groups.
  • Organise inclusive social activities to promote community and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with case managers and other team members to develop holistic care plans.
  • Support behaviour in line with program policies, including managing exits when necessary.

You'll be part of a team that helps women rewrite their stories, working together to create a place of healing, dignity, and new beginnings.

About You

You're calm under pressure, empathetic by nature, and committed to walking alongside women as they rebuild their lives.

Your strengths lie in creating safe spaces where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged.

You'll also have:

  • Experience in the AOD sector or similar social services environment.
  • Confidence working with diverse backgrounds and complex needs.
  • A relevant qualification, such as Certificate IV in AOD.
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check.
  • A valid First Aid Certificate.
