We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to lead our quality management framework and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.This pivotal role will oversee organisational compliance with legislation, industry standards and funding requirements. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of MiCare's Quality and Risk Management Framework, preparing the organisation for audits and accreditations, and providing clinical governance for home care services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective quality management framework
  • Ensure organisational compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and funding requirements
  • Prepare and guide the organisation through audits, accreditations and external inspections
  • Provide clinical governance for home care services and support best-practice models of care
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety and high performance
  • Build strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration or relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in aged care, health or community services
  • Deep knowledge of compliance and quality standards in the aged care sector (ISO, Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success leading risk, safety and compliance systems in a complex service environment
  • Proven people leadership and the ability to drive cultural and organisational change
