Strategic Education Leader

The Strategic Education Leader plays a pivotal role in driving our mission to blend best teaching practices with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, creating a unique and supportive learning environment for students.

About the Role:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives related to strategic planning and priorities
  • You will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed
  • In this role, you will develop and implement professional development plans for teaching staff within school priorities, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • As a Strategic Education Leader, you will teach demonstration lessons and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to support their growth and development
  • You will also lead and manage the development of assessment and reporting policies and practices, ensuring that they are aligned with the school's strategic plan and priorities
  • Additionally, you will implement school operations and policies related to student welfare and discipline, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Finally, you will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school, working closely with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, including whole-school improvement initiatives and professional development planning
  • Strong understanding of curriculum planning and delivery, with the ability to analyze data and inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in education and research
