Our controls assurance team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our ranks.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal controls.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in controls assurance and/or audit expertise, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews of our internal controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective control procedures to mitigate risk and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and controls that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in controls assurance and share knowledge with colleagues to drive best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in controls assurance and/or audit roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
