Job Overview

The Client Service Manager is a pivotal role that drives exceptional support to clients and advisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up activities effectively.
  • Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and service delivery to ensure seamless outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with both clients and internal teams through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Ensure accurate and complete client information in the database to facilitate business growth and development.
  • Resolve client queries efficiently, providing timely solutions and resolutions.
  • Request, collate, and review client information to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and enhance client management efficiency.
  • Complete and forward necessary documentation to other departments as relevant, within agreed service standards.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning, preferably with a strong understanding of advice implementation and compliance processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively within a team environment.
