Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage event enquiries, coordinate logistics and oversee event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound event enquiries and respond promptly to ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Coordinate event logistics from initial consultation through to delivery and post-event follow-up
  • Liaise with clients to understand and deliver on their event vision and objectives
  • Prepare function sheets, quotes, invoices and booking confirmations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with teams and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery and exceed client expectations
  • Conduct site inspections and attend selected events as required to ensure exceptional standards
  • Follow up post-event to gather feedback and drive repeat business by delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records in our event management system and adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required
